Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Who doesn’t love pork chops!  This recipe will quickly become a staple in your families culinary repertoire. Follow the instructions below for a quick and easy way to guarantee dinner time success!

Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

  • 5-6 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 C Dry Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2-3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  

  2. In a large, oven safe skillet heat olive oil over a medium high burner. In a shallow dish combine Italian bread crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika and shredded Parmesan cheese. In a separate shallow dish crack and beat eggs. 

  3. First dip pork chop into eggs, allow most of the egg to drip off of the chop. Next, bread the chop with breadcrumb mixture. Be sure to press the chop into the mixture covering both sides of the chop. Repeat this process with all of the pork chops.

  4. Place breaded pork chops into the skillet containing the olive oil. Allow chops to sear on each side for 3-4 minutes. Once the chops are seared on each side cover with an oven safe lid and place into the preheated oven.

  5. Allow chops to bake for 8-9 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees.
