Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, 1 stick of melted butter and one egg. Mix until all ingredients are completely combined. Press mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
Combine cream cheese and melted butter. Add remaining 2 eggs and stir until mixture is smooth. Add powdered sugar, pumpkin cinnamon and nutmeg mix until all ingredients are completely incorporated. Pour cream cheese mixture over butter cake mixture in 9x13 baking dish.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
Allow cake to cool before cutting. Drizzle each piece of pumpkin gooey butter cake with caramel sundae topping.
